Description:

Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform to address business requirements. This includes customizing existing functionality, creating new features, and integrating third-party applications.

Customization: Customize Salesforce applications using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components to create user-friendly and efficient interfaces and workflows.

Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, both within and outside the organization, using APIs, middleware, and other integration methods.

Data Management: Design and implement data models, including creating custom objects, fields, and relationships. Ensure data quality, security, and integrity within the Salesforce environment.

Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions using Flows, triggers, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.

Code Review and Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and maintainability. Conduct testing to identify and resolve defects before deploying solutions.

Documentation: Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations for reference and future maintenance.

Qualifications:

Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience in developing and customizing applications on the Salesforce platform. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or others relevant to Salesforce development.

Integration Skills: Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, or other integration methods.

Database Knowledge: Understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and SQL.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective technical solutions.

Experience: Typically, a few years of relevant experience in Salesforce development or related roles.
