Description:

Responsibilities:
•    Plan and execute all courier and dispatch activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
•    Develop and maintain relationships with courier companies and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
•    Monitor and track shipments, ensuring that all deliveries are on time and in compliance with company standards and regulations
•    Manage inventory levels and work with the inventory and sales team to ensure that all products are stored and shipped efficiently
•    Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and improve overall efficiency
•    Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
•    Maintain accurate records of all courier and dispatch activities and prepare regular reports for senior management
•    Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation and logistics

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
•    At least 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, preferably in the fashion retail industry
•    Strong knowledge of courier and dispatch operations, transportation regulations, and supply chain management principles
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and optimization
•    Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
•    Proficient in the use of logistics software and technology, including warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
