Job Summary:
Senior IT professional with 8 – 12 years of relevant IT experience and 5 years’ experience on the Sales / Service clouds platform Strong technical & architectural background & direct prior experience in Architectural role on Sales / Service Clouds transformation programs.
Solution architect for Einstein architect.
Experience & Knowledge:
Strong Sales / Service cloud platform knowledge (both functional and technical), including ability to bring best practices and experience from prior / implementations
Aware of Salesforce Sales / Service cloud platform limitations, able to challenge the vendor on platform limitations and proposed solution outlines
Strong technical and architectural background: knowledgeable in topics like identity and consent management, experienced integrating SALES
/ SERVICE CLOUDS in a complex digital landscape, enterprise architecture experienceAt least one implementation on CRMA Einstein Analytics implementation, POC, data collaboration etc
Great communication skills, both verbal as well as writing
Preferably certified as Salesforce Sales / Service cloud Consultant and/or Sales / Service cloud Developer
Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.
Familiarity with Philips digital landscape and experience/understanding of Philips platforms is preferredExperience with Agile & Scrum methodologies in an onsite/offshore delivery model
