3 - 5 years of IT experience , 1+ years of Jitterbit experience
? Expertise in Jitterbit interface Design and Development using Latest version of
Jitterbit middleware
? Working integration knowledge with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax, Web Portal, ADP,
EDI and BI
? Experience in database design concepts and use of SQL then connect with Jitterbit.
? Evidence in having a technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills
? Demonstrated knowledge with AppExchange and commonly used Salesforce Apps
integrated through Jitterbit.
? Design, develop, and support custom REST, SOAP and other API through Jitterbit
Middleware.
? Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third party integration tools and with
Salesforce platform.
? Extensive working knowledge of Jitterbit Error handling and Upgrades.
? Experience in Connectivity to all SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs in salesforce
and ServiceMax applications
? Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer,
IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
