3 - 5 years of IT experience , 1+ years of Coveo experience

? Serve as a point of contact for all users for Coveo platform

? Should have experience in configuration, deployment and maintenance of the Coveo

search platform, managing upgrades, performance tuning, managing crawl

processes, and implementing user interfaces for the search application

? Ability to Identify, explore, aggregate search related data to generate meaningful

insights

? Ability to troubleshoot issues with the search platform and web properties

? Ability to use diagnostic tools ,logging in Coveo to research issues and questions

? Experience generating reports and communicating to business stakeholders

? knowledge of other platforms for systems integration and automation support is a

nice to have

? Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer,

IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

? Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments , Database knowledge

? Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
