Slack

Serve as a point of contact for all users with app requests, channel management

requests,

? Slack connect requests, guest account management, user group management, and

user training.

? Administration; Architecture; User provisioning; Settings and policies; Channel

management; Application approval processes; Data security; Process design

? Work with the Identity Management Team(s) for account lifecycle and security policy

management

? Should have understanding of Slack Governance.

? Ability to communicate effectively 3-5 years of experience in Slack Administration and

implementation knowledge of other platforms for systems integration and

automation support is a nice to have

? Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer,

IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

? Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments

? Database knowledge

? Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

? Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
