3+ years of experience. Strong Netsuite ERP Implementation/Support experience.

? Ability to configure Netsuite system,Suite script and Workflows as per business

requirement.

? Develop and implement NetSuite customizations to meet enhancement and

maintenance requirements.

? Develop custom code using SuiteScripts to meet user requirements.

? Customize Netsuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.

? Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.

? Manage mass imports and exports of data.

? Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer,

IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

? Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments

? Database knowledge

? Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

? Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
