(4 to 5 Years Exp B2 Level)/(6-8 Years Exp for B3 level) of Admin + DevOps Exp with in SFDC technologies.
. Should have Deployment experience and DevOps.
. Setup CI/CD tools.Take ownership and troubleshoot.
. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies using Github, Github actions, Jenkins, SFDX etc.
. Understand the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and have a clear understanding of various automation tools for developing build and deploy pipelines .
· Coordination/Execution of deployment activities for the team (on shore and off shore).
. Responsible for validating and deployment packages using deployment toolkit and following best practices.
. Experience in data migration activities from lower environment to production and address issues related to functionality.
· Apply change management processes for documenting, communicating, and testing code releases from Sandboxes to Production environments.
. Handling Release updates in lower and production environments.
· Manage and maintain Salesforce security access, profiles and permission sets.
Work with governance groups to ensure compliance with best practices and company standards.
· Knowledge of Import Wizard, Dataloader, Workbench etc. to perform mass data imports/exports as needed.
· Manage communication with Salesforce to keep team informed on environmental changes, report bugs to Salesforce, and support team information requests.
· Regularly audits the environments to uncover data, integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement.
· Should be proficient in Salesforce configuration, Salesforce reporting.
B3 :
. DevOps team handling exp.
. Min 3-4 exp in SFDC DevOps.
. Should have handled multiple releases(atleast 3-4 major releases in a year)
. Proactively handled Salesforce release updates.
. Must have exp in GIT Configuration Management.
Good to have :
. Knowledge in Release Management tools like Copado, Flosum, Autorabbit, Azure Devops etc.
. Salesforce data model and architecture understanding.
. Knowledge in environment tools and subscriptions.
. Okta, SSO, MFA experience will be a plus.
. Handling Adhoc hotfix requests to production.
. Manages all new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts/contacts/opportunities for deactivated users.
Communication:
· Fair understanding of working with on-shore and stakeholders.
· Good Verbal and written Communication Skills.
Desirable:
Experience in the Transport / Logistics Industry and the technologies that support business activities.
Certifications:
· Salesforce Admin Certification.
