Responsible for Quality Assurance (Customer complaint handling/technical support) activities in the Region:

Periodical Technical Training to the sales team

Analysis and addressing of Customer complaints on time

Assessing and processing customer complaints settlement

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma in Paint Technology or Masters in Chemistry with minimum 1 year relevant experience in Paint industry

Passionate towards professional Quality Assurance career

Good at Communication

Good at Problem solving

Excellent Interpersonal Skills
