Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquiring projects from Government Departments and private Builders/Developers for New & Re-painting.

Work with contractors and generate business leads , convert to sales .

Build a strong project pipeline and monitor activities of competition

Work on specification of the brand in Projects / Architects / Engineers, etc.

Build contractors, Engineers, Builders database by market visit.

Experience of handling projects

Having good relationship and database of contractors/ Architects / Engineers in the area and their project pipeline

Aggressive in market and networking skills with other building material companies for lead generation
