Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handling the projects of the Key accounts and providing feedback to the customer and company on the work progress.
2. Developing relationship with the Customer and understand their priority and requirement with high involvement.
3. To be proactive.
4. Arranges material anticipating the requirement.
5. Manages large amount of customers with high value base.
6. Hunts for new calls and also manages more number of sales calls and adds it to his pipeline list.
7. Identify potential projects across the designated territories
8. Manages service providers / applicators and supervises the execution.
9. Arrange sampling at site.
10. Application support for site installation, attend service issues whenever required.
11. Attends complaint and provide solution.
12. Works alone and also with the team.
13. Provides information on Competitor activity
14. Payment follow up.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE (Skills sets)
Graduate preferably with MBA and with min 5 to 8 years of experience in building industry or similar industry, working under Major projects sales.

2. Maintains professional and technical knowledge

4. Benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
5. Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
