MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Looking for Senior SAP MM Consultant with around 7+ years of SAP Implementation and Support experience across different industries and sectors.

Key Responsibilities will include:

1. Min 7+ years of SAP procurement and sourcing experience including at least 2+ years on SAP S/4HANA 1809 or above.

2. Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BPP, functional Specification(FS), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts

3. Need to have hands on experience in SAP MM module with the cross functional integration with the other modules like SD, PP and FI/CO.

4. 4 to 7 years hands on experience preferably with 2 or more End-to-End implementation cycles on VIM 7.5 and above versions.

5. Experience in gathering requirements, designing, configuring the system and testing.

6. Experience in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis.

7. Sound knowledge on configurations in VIM – Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center /IES/ Cloud Capture Center, and integration with SAP AP and other external applications such as Ariba.

8. Experience in handling complex enhancement in the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

9. Invoice workflow approval design.

10. Process Type determination sequence for different document types.

11. Configuring and managing exception handling.

12. Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios.

13. Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing.

14. A good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI is preferable for this role.

15. Experience in writing functional specification, Configuration rational and other project related documents.

16. Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

·        Graduate / Postgraduate

·        SAP MM (ECC or S/4HANA) Certification is preferred.

·        Exposure to additional P2P tools like Ariba, COUPA is preferred.
