Minimum five years’ experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experience

working directly with internal/external clients

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems,

finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline

· Experience with upgrades and functional testing, understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk

management

· Strong technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications

· Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

· Ability to scale projects from small to large

· Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the

ability to articulate ideas effectively.

· Ability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and

offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem.

Experience:

• 4 to 7 years hands on experience preferably with 2 or more End-to-End implementation cycles on VIM 7.5 and above versions.

• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, configuring the system and testing.

• Experience in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis.

• Sound knowledge on configurations in VIM – Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center /IES/ Cloud Capture Center, and integration with SAP AP and other external applications such as Ariba.

• Experience in handling complex enhancement in the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

• Invoice workflow approval design.

• Process Type determination sequence for different document types.

• Configuring and managing exception handling.

• Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios.

• Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing.

• Good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI is preferable for this role.

• Experience in writing functional specification, Configuration rational and other project related documents.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required.
