Job description – ATR lead role: Prefer this person to be a lead but will look at senior level as well.
· Must have 10+ years SAP consulting experience working in projects on SAP FICO modules with at least 4 years’ experience in leading FICO projects
· Must possess experience working in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 Hana implementation projects and three or four Development / Migration / AMS projects
· Should play a pivotal role in Client’s ERP transformation journey
· Well-versed in FI and CO modules namely, AP, AR, GL, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal orders, Product costing, COPA, Material ledger etc.
· Lead the team in design, build and configuration of SAP FICO functionalities
· Participate in workshops with Client to understand Client’s existing design, gather requirements, finalize scope and propose changes wherever needed for the new design as per SAP recommended best practices
· Identify benefits, risks and alternatives in the proposed design and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules
· Should have experience working on interfaces, iDocs and workflows
· Should have experience working on integration of FI and CO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP etc.
· Should have experience working in migration projects from ECC to S4 Hana using tools like LSMW, LTMC etc.
· Prepare functional specification for WRICEF objects and guide ABAPers for the development
· Execute system unit testing, integration testing and regression testing
· Support Business users in performing UAT
· Must have experience working in both standard and custom Fiori applications
· Conduct end-user training including creation/maintenance of training material
· Prepare and maintain relevant project documentation
· Implement change requests and provide resolution to support incidents as per agreed SLA and timelines
· Engage with internal project governance teams to ensure excellence in delivery and quality
· Must be proficient in troubleshooting issues as part of Hypercare / Post go-live support
· Must have good knowledge in SDLC, Change management processes and incident management framework
· Experience working in DevOps/Agile methodologies is preferred
· Should be a team-player and should possess the ability to work in challenging environments under tight schedule
· Should have good leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills
· Should have good presentation skills and analytical skills
