PBX Expert/Architect
  • Experience: 6+ years in Call centre industry
  • Has a good understanding of the tools used in the Call Center Industry
  • Has a worked with multiple systems like Asterisk, Avaya, Genesis, Unimrcp (Any two)
  • Can create plugins like AGI Scripting, VXML, CCXML
  • Can program in multiple languages as required by the target system like Python, Shell Scripts, PHP, MySQL and Postgres
  • Had a sound understanding of VoIP protocols like SIP, RTP, RTCP, WebRTC, MRCP
  • Ability to do RnD around new features of systems
  • Able to understand and setup complex call routing, custom dial plans
  • Has hands on experience in establishing new call centers
  • Able to understand and setup dialers for agents and the database structure behind it
  • Has ability to monitor the entire system, isolate issues and bottlenecks
  • Hands on experience with ASR like Azure, Google ASR, Nuance etc
  • Can create and manage live Media streams (both Audio and Video)
