• Supporting the business units with issues in the daily SAP operation, standardising and an ongoing development of processes as well as a proactively participation in shaping sustainable solutions for the future. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 

• Support of the SAP standard within the environment of the FI/CO module, implementation of SAP note corrections, modification adjustment, return to SAP standard ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 

• Support and development of forms within FI/CO, e.g. reminders, correspondences ? ? ? ? ? 

• Participation in rollouts and upgrade projects (national/international) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 

• Supporting the business units in training requirements ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 

• Documentation of template processes as well as local developments ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 

• Maintaining in-house developments and enhancements of LAPP as well as their permanent development and optimization in the FI/CO module ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 

• The collaboration with external service providers and their coordination ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 

• Compliance with Service Level Agreements ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
