Key Requirement

Education: MBA from a reputed institution or CA

Bank/NBFC – RE lending team

Developer – Fund raising team (Finance)

IPC – Capital Mkts team

RE Funds – deal team

            Skills:

Understanding of real estate projects, primarily residential, commercial.

Worked on real estate project cashflows including post-tax workings

Experience in assistance in due-diligence process of real estate transactions

Understanding of B/s and P&L as well as accounting standards

Adept at MS Office

 Personal Attributes: Self-driven, motivated, desire for learning and adding value, team player, high integrity and a go-getter attitude. Willing to travel occasionally within India

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

As part of the fund / investment team, evaluate real estate investments

Prepare project cashflows and information memorandums/presentations

Assist and play a key role in investor due-diligence

Ability to study various datasets and prepare MIS as required
