Gather training needs and develop training calendar for each quarter
Arrange internal and external trainings by working with the various stakeholders . Facilitate the trainings , conduct feedback surveys and take actions for improvement
Engage with external vendors including Purchase Orders , seeking relevant approvals and liaison with finance team to make payment
Facilitate monthly Webinars
Drive certification and upskilling programs
Purchase and tracking of e-learning subscriptions
Share the monthly L&D spend with finance
Publish weekly dashboards and training metrics
