Team management skills and 1 Year of process management skill.
Basic experience of software testing or bugs handling.
Proficient working knowledge of MS Office or Google suite.
Advanced experience with JIRA or any other ticketing tool.

Proficient in data analysis and root cause identification methodologies (e.g., fishbone diagram analysis, RCA, 5-whys etc.
Sound knowledge of Operational metrics like shrinkage, utilization.
