What you’ll bring to our team:  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics CA,CFA.CPA,CMA,MBA helpful ? 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, consulting, or other relevant field; FP&A experience at a tech company is a plus, but not required ? Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data ? Solid understanding of Coupa/Oracle NetSuite/Workday Adaptive planning a plus ? Deep analytical capabilities and project management skills ? Curiosity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a collaborative approach will all help ? Understanding of Partner business for any product/Saas based company is preferred ? Self-starter, good listener, action-oriented, has a positive attitude, able to consistently meet deadlines, willing to work under tight timelines to achieve the financial objectives of the business under a fast-paced environment ? Strong communication skills ? Understanding of revenue recognition principle and accounting rule ? US Gaap & Saas experience a plus ? Must process good IT system knowledge ? Team player, who is an open, honest, and a mature individual who is willing to roll-up his/her sleeves and has a strong attention to details
