1.       Data level issue fixes (addition/deletion of initiatives etc)

2.       RCA maintenance of all emergency/critical/major issues

3.       2nd level of investigation, if needed, on all issues logged

4.       Training of L1

5.       Run jobs/queries needed for BCP of iDMCP & RTDC & manually send it to the team

6.       Provide necessary data for L3 to identify issues

7.       Backfill L1

8.       Creating problem ticket for issues reported by multiple sites (slowly transitioned to L1)

9.       Documentation of bug fixes/enhancements

10.    Ticket update with proper documentation in Jira

11.     Handling request for data and report dump

12.    Sync and upload failure
