Around 16-18 yrs of experience in Functional Testing with good exposure Automation testing

Having experience of managing large teams

Experience & hands-on in API testing, DB testing. Having exp in selenium will be an added advantage.

Expereince in Retail domain or ecommerce domain

5. Should have sufficient knowledge in defining and tracking FT and AT related project metrics.

6. Good delivery excellence knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Should have worked on defining process across teams and tracking

Excellent communication skills and vague experience in managing different stakeholders.

Expereince in running governance and other leadership related discussions

Flexible enough and drive the team instead of pushing the team
