Digital product manager – Indus Easy Wheels

Owning business funnel, responsible for key metrics. Competition Analysis and Benchmarking to arrive at best in class practices.

Ensuring PRDs are clearly defined with user story backed by business goals, research & data insights.

Well versed with doing UAT and building the test case scenarios to prevent any post launch glitches. Proactive approach to handle the go live of any application and handle the complications in Pilot Launch of the product.

Continuous layering ability to the application to ensure the application/process remains updated with the best in class industry practices.

To lead and co-ordinate the build and delivery along with stakeholders from Business, IT and channel partners and to ensure traction on projects and work towards achieving milestones

To handle new product development, addition of new features, GTM & Product launch and managing the product roadmap/ lifecycle

Work with IT, marketing, Ops, compliance to refine customer journey across the product.

Understand customer behavior and do enhancements via qualitative & quantitative studies in collaboration with internal teams.

Share dashboards & summary on a regular basis to all the concerned stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience:

2 years of experience in Product Management

Profound knowledge in customer behavior analytical tools – Google analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM, MoEngage, etc is preferred.

Run basic SQL queries to extract & analyze data, working proficiency in MS Excel & the office suite.

Proven track record in working with designers, developers, IT, marketing, operations, legal and compliance.

“Work from office” is mandatory
