Digital Product Manager plays a pivotal role in leveraging technology to provide an exception on boarding journey to CFD customer. With the analytical and problem solving mind set, they get deeper into problem space, work with stakeholders and partners to develop a wider perspective. Take outside-In view of the problems and strategize and roadmap on how digital can solve immediate needs/wants. Digital Product Manager will setup a stage for innovations of future.

Responsibilities:

Customer/Business Research: Understand Market/Business needs through thorough interaction with Customer/Sales. Competition Analysis and Benchmarking to arrive at best in class practices.

Solution Delivery: Come up with best technology ideas to resolve the pain points of customers, business and sales and make the process smoother and faster to create delight experience for customer and sales.

Roadmap Creation: Able to create and maintain Gantt chart on all the ongoing activities and delivery items.

UAT: Well versed with doing UAT and building the test case scenarios to prevent any post launch glitches.

Go Live and Maintenance: Proactive approach to handle the go live of any application and handle the complications in Pilot Launch of the product. Continuous layering ability to the application to ensure the application/process remains updated with the best in class practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

1+ years of experience in Product Management in Retail Asset

Experience in digital product management will be preferred

Proven track record in working with designers, developers, IT, credit, operations, legal and compliance
