Full time B.E./B.Tech. in any elective / Masters in Business Administration specialized in Marketing, Operations Research, and/or Business Analytics / M.Sc. Statistics from reputed institutions

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in Data Analytics

• Understanding of statistical concepts and pharmaceutical terminologies

• People management skills and experience are preferred.

• Knowledge of solution design, planning, and execution

• Hands on experience in one or more of the skillsets below:

o Programming Language: Base SAS, Advanced SAS, Python, SQL

o Visualization Tool: Tableau, MS PowerPoint, Qlik Sense, think-cell

o Automation Tool: MS Excel, VBA Macro

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyst will be executing the work given by the team leader for project execution and delivery

• Work independently with minimal guidance and should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in data analytics

• Communicate and collaborate with other team members/team lead to prepare analysis plans on different engagements

• Plan and analyze different data sets and create management consulting reports

• Proficiency in MS Excel (MS Office suite in general) to work with data files to create different kinds of charts, roll-up summaries, different aggregations and perform various analysis

• Understand and create SAS code to read and write data from different sources and formats

• Analyze data for patterns or trends to determine factors that influence outcomes

• Develop new applications or enhance existing applications based on customer requirements

• Work in SQL DML and DDL to store data and provide retrieval capabilities as needed, using queries and/or stored procedures

• Convert insights to visual graphics like charts, graphs, and tables

• Exposure to automation tools and add-ins like Think cell, Canva will be an added advantage

• Maintain extremely high standards of quality in all deliverables

• Perform both as an Individual Contributor and as a team coordinator

• Plan and allocate work to team members, monitor and track to closure

• Review and perform quality control of the team member’s deliverables

• Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures for data analysis to maintain quality
