Job Description:
To drive strategic project execution in Bank’s retail lending BU and integrations with multiple insurance partners
To handle new product development, addition of new features, GTM & Product launch and managing the product roadmap/ lifecycle
To lead and co-ordinate the build and delivery along with stakeholders from Business, IT and channel partners and to ensure traction on projects and work towards achieving milestones
To Drive Technology adoption across both B2B and B2C categories. Ability to move the needle to increase the usage of digital platform among the Field team
To handle project governance and cadence for tracking milestones and deliverables
To implement new initiatives to enable cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across loan products
To introduce fresh digital D2C insurance journeys which are on-par with the market trends
Requirements:
MBA graduate with 2 years of experience from a financial services/banking industry/insurance
Should possess similar experience from Bancassurance vertical
Understanding business context, managing strategic projects in the previous stint is a must
Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills with both verbal and written
Working experience in SQL and JIRA are good to have but not mandatory
Efficient leaner/adapter – Ability to quickly and efficiently learn new things and implement accurately
Working proficiency in Hindi is a must
