Associate Product Manager

IndusInd bank is one of the leading private sector banks in India. This role is in Consumer Finance Division (vehicle and housing loans) of the bank. The division has one of the highest market shares and enjoys a strong market reputation. The bank has embarked on ambitious journey of digital transformation and is looking for smart individuals to join.

About Team: The candidate will join the Strategy & Digital team of the bank. This team is responsible for driving the digital transformation and the candidate will have a very high visibility role.

Roles and responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Understand the current as-is lending, other processes and suggest optimizations/changes to be done

Drive the implementation with vendor, internal IT teams for smooth execution of the project

Interact with various stakeholders like business, credit and operations and find solutions to problems.

Responsible for providing top of the class customer experience to all the users of the platform

Work closely with quality assurance to ensure thorough testing of the software/product before every release.

Prepare suitable user-guides & collaterals for new developments. Ensure metrics, deadlines and record-keeping obligations are met.

Coordination with IT team for issue resolution around the agreed solution to ensure the release schedule remains on track and the functional issues are resolved through appropriate, agreed solutions.

To develop / co-create solution proposals, requirement documents, high level solution design, writing process flows.

A candidate must have:

Preferred experience 2 – 4 years. Strong academic background with masters from a reputed institute

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, elicitation and other relevant BA skills.

Overall knowledge of end-to-end development cycle (SDLC) & prior experience in supporting different phases of the project.

Good to have - exposure to banking, vehicles but not a must. Ability to communicate clearly about issues/resolutions to various stakeholders

Skills to operate Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Good to have - Prior experience of working with Cloud based solutions like Freshworks, Salesforce etc.
