• Lead, coach, and mentor a hard-working, highly engaged team of individual contributors, typically performing similar functions
• Provide recommendations to departmental goals and ensure goals are met

Duties and responsibilities

• Expertise in object-oriented design methodology
• Excellent understanding of Java fundamentals, data structures and algorithms, distributed systems, and service-oriented architecture
• Experience with programming languages - Java and SQL
• Experience with JIRA in an Agile development environment
• Time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
• Manage, influence, recognize, motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Understanding of specific domain with a clear understanding of interdependencies between other domains
• Readiness to accept challenging assignments
• Presentation skills and ability to communicate to all levels
• Ability to travel to meet the team up to 10%*
• Adhere to ISMS policies and procedure

Mandatory Skills:

• Java, SQL, JIRA
• Scrum Master
• Excellent understanding of enterprise applications with strong Java, data structures and algorithms, distributed systems, and service-oriented architecture.
