Position Summary

An editor of learning design creates and tests English language programmes, is proactive in the continuous refinement of products before getting them ready for launch, assists in all activities related to formatting and quality control, and creates product-related presentations. The editors will have a strong command over English, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements for All Vacancies Mentioned:

Experience in developing English language programmes, or in publishing

A strong English background; preferably a Master’s degree in English or Education.

Excellent writing skills and oral communication

Experience in and/or familiarity with the field of education in India; and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies would be an added plus.  

An ability to work in a deadline-driven environment; project management, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Innovative, patient, and meticulous in both content and presentation

Rigour in formatting, editing, proofing, and quality control

Strong skills in MS-Office; knowledge of desktop publishing and design software desirable

Reasonable proficiency in Hindi and Tamil desirable
