  •  
  • Create and deliver accurate and timely financial statements, complying with all aspects of German residential tax laws (HGB)
  • Ensure all bills and invoices are paid, filed, and reconciled in a timely manner
  • Help onboard a new accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Establish controls, processes and procedures to deliver scalable portfolio management
  • Support senior colleagues in managing relationships with German tax consultants and banks
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the democratisation of financial data, for both internal and external clients
  • Seek to continually drive improvements by implementing your ideas for change.

  • Qualifications

  •  
  • Qualified, or part-qualified, accountant
  • 3-5 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and/or experience in the residential real estate sector a massive plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with business level German a massive plus
