SP 3D DESIGNER
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Full Time Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Minimum 08 years of experience as a Piping Designer / 3D Modeler.
Knowledge in Piping Design and detailed Engineering related jobs.

Working experience in Oil & Gas Industry / Refinery.
Certification course in SP 3D / PDS from a reputed institute
Ability to independently handle modeling of Piping / Civil / Structural / from As-built Drawings.
Knowledge and working experience in PDS
Knowledge and working experience in SPF / EDMS.

Knowledge and working experience support software's like Pipe Support Modeler & Isogen.
Knowledge and working experience in AutoCAD
Conversant with international codes and standards
Good Knowledge of Materials and dimensional standards.
Good Knowledge of Piping Standards ASME B 31.1 & B 31.3.

ROLES
3D Modelling of various plant new / revamp areas based on P & ID, Specifications and Standards.
Field verification of dimensions as per requirement.
Conducting Clash Check

Extraction of various deliverables & Reports from 3D Database.
Consistency Checking.
QA_QC checking of deliverables from 3D Database.
Coordination with other Smart Plant Applications designers and engineers.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
