  • Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
  • • Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • • Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.
  • • Develop test scenarios, and assist with test data setup for user acceptance testing
  • • Works with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing
  • • Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and maintain automation post-implementation and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
  • • 2+ years’ experience on Automation Anywhere 2019 and previous version • Automation Anywhere certification is preferred • Experience and understanding of Automation Anywhere Control Room • Proficiency in programming languages, such as VB Script, Javascript, Macros and Databases, such as SQL • Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects. • Experience in conducting and managing acceptance testing with business stakeholders
