1. Good communication skills
2. Atleast 5+ years of Android development
3. Should be able to guide Diversified team since they don’t have the right expertise in house, also should be hands on with development as there will be hands on work required as well
4. The person should know how apps are built, experience with vendor built customized Android apps

Apart from other services, client is also a reseller of a hardware product offering additional services eg tablet to detect your temperature.
