Inside Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • You are responsible for leading a team of Inside sales team to drive Wondersoft business growth in India 
  • You will work closely with Wondersoft marketing to ensure that the leads are routed properly to your team and ensure that they are being actively worked and qualified into opportunities 
  • Set and track sales targets for your team and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts 
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team 
  • liaising with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Candidate Profile

  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Any degree in Business Administration or relevant field
