  • 3. Good Team Management skills
  • 4. Excellent understanding of the Organizational goals and Objectives
  • 5. Knowledge of other Data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau (preferred)

  • Analyst:
  • 1. Executing the consulting engagement in collaboration with team members
  • 2. Executing the work plans assigned by the Associate manager/Manager with on-time delivery
  • 3. Display ownership characteristics, maintain extremely high standards of accuracy and quality in the
  • output
  • 4. Ensure that charts, graphs, and tables developed by the team are accurate and portrays the needed
  • information in a concise fashion
  • 5. Ensure data presented in PowerPoint reports and other deliverables are accurate
  • 6. Ensure the final deliverables and written recommendations meets high standards of professional quality
  • and consistency
  • Senior Analyst:
  • 1. Plan and executing the consulting engagement in collaboration with team members
  • 2. Plan and executing the work independently and with the team
  • 3. Display ownership characteristics, maintain extremely high standards of accuracy and quality in the
  • output
  • 4. Ensure that charts, graphs, and tables developed by the team are accurate and portrays the needed
  • information in a concise fashion
  • 5. Ensure data presented in PowerPoint reports and other deliverables are accurate
  • 6. Ensure the final deliverables and written recommendations meets high standards of professional quality
  • and consistency
  • 7. Derive business insights in reports and deliverables (preferred)
  • Associate Manager / Manager:
  • 1. Collaborate with US team daily and other cross functional team members (if required) to prepare final
  • reports on different engagements
  • 2. Monitor and coordinate for the completion of multiple projects on time by providing complete guidance
  • to analyst / senior analyst
  • 3. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and oversee all aspects of project
  • 4. Ensure that charts, graphs, and tables developed by the team are accurate and portrays the needed
  • information in a concise fashion
  • 5. Ensure the final deliverables and written recommendations meets high standards of professional quality
  • and consistency
  • 6. Holds complete ownership for the data accuracy in PowerPoint reports and other deliverables
  • 7. Provide orientation and training to all new recruits and must ensure for their onboarding
  • 8. Explore automations, new tools and provide training to end users for the same
  • 9. Derive business insights in reports and deliverables (preferred)
  • 10. Address follow up questions from clients by analyzing data from a different perspective (preferred)
