Required qualifications / skills / expertise:
? Full time BE/BTech in any electives / Masters in Business Administration specialized in Marketing, Operations Research, and/or Business Analytics / MSc Statistics from reputed institutions
? Minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in data analytics
? Handling projects individually and as a team lead.
? Direct client handling experience
? Understanding of statistical concepts and pharmaceutical terminologies
? People management skills and experience
? Experience in solution design, planning and execution
? Hands on experience in one or more of the skillsets below:
Programming Languages: Base SAS, Advanced SAS, Python, SQL,
Visualization Tool: Tableau, PPT, Qliksense, Thinkcell.
Automation Tool: MS Excel VBA Macro

Position: Analyst / Senior Analyst
Job Description
Analyst will be executing the work given by the team leader for project execution and delivery and is expected to:
? Work independently without guidance and should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in data analytics
? Communicate and collaborate with other team members/team lead to prepare analysis plans on different engagements
? Plan and analyse different data sets and create management consulting reports
? Convert insights to visual graphics like charts, graphs, and tables
? Maintain extremely high standards of quality in all deliverables
? Be able to perform both as an Individual Contributor and a team coordinator
? Plan and allocate work to team members, monitor and track to closure
? Review and perform QC of the team members deliverables
? Develop, update and implement standard operating procedures for data analysis to maintain quality
? Take ownership of projects and deliverables
? Should be able to work from remote or from office based on needs
Associate Engagement Manager / Engagement Manager:
? Communicate and collaborate with US based clients, principals and understand the requirement and transfer the same to the team for execution
? Plan work allocation and take ownership of data analytic strategy and customer deliverables
? Monitor, review and ensure execution of the analysis plan prepared by the team
? Provide orientation and training to end users as needed
? Provide guidance and/or instruction to team members to ensure on time delivery
? Display ownership characteristics, maintain extremely high standards of accuracy and quality in the output
? Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures for data analysis to maintain quality
? Assist the client / onshore teams in brainstorming / ideation of innovative solutions
