Key Responsibilities:

 

  • End to End responsibility & ownership for all existing & upcoming projects under Communication segment.
  • Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies
  • Development of Cost and relevant business models to ensure maximum value creation
  • Handling Complex Multi-stakeholder Commercial negotiations
  • Support site teams on ground in executing the project on time.
  • Maintain interface toward all other departments for communication related projects.
  • Analyze price trends and market dynamics with commercial focus
  • Prepare and Present price trends and reports
  • Pre-bid Support to contracts team during tendering process
  • Define post-contract Governance mechanism
  • Monitor and guide development of new systems automation initiatives
  • Periodical operational and performance reviews & Identify key learning opportunities for each individual in the team
  • Mentor/coach individual team members wherever intervention is required and monitor their growth
