Business Development Executive / Team Lead

Responsibilities and Duties

· Responsible to meet the revenue targets, Generate a new customer base.

· Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities for Software Products and work towards shorter sales conversion cycle for product sale

· Should derive a strategy with marketing channels and promotional campaigns to influence sales of services, brand promotion, and be a product evangelist

· Online Demo to prospective leads

· High Incentives on achieving Targets as per the commitment

· Good Negotiator and ability to convince the Leads

· Managing existing customers to find potential new growth areas and thereby enhance repeat business through customer relations and follow-ups with customers.

· Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

· Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

· Basic SEO, Digital marketing knowledge will be added advantage

· Handle customers across the globe and hence Multi-Lingual fluency - English ,Tamil and Hindi is essential.

· Computer Knowledge is a must as to show demo online to Leads.

· Enthusiastic, Self-Initiative, Quick Learner, down to earth attitude, focused, Passion for Sales / Business development

· Experience in Software Product Sales from Healthcare Industry is preferred/ Open to any Industry / Experience with Supply Chain Management will be added advantage.
