Required Skills & Responsibilities -

• Should have strong understanding of electricity utilities system and DISCOM business operation.
• Experience of at least 2 or 3 full-cycle implementations for a utility with hands-on Functional and deployment experience.
• Knowledge or working experience of MDM solutions like Oracle MDM, Itron etc.
• Knowledge or working experience of HES solutions like Trilliant, Schneider- etc.
• Understanding of Utility Market and Technology trends.
• Familiarity with process integration of MDM with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as HES , CC&B, SAP ISU etc.
• Understanding of Cloud Structure and functionality.
• Familiarity with Smart Metering functionality.
• Should be able to do AS IS, TO BE models, do the CRPs, able to do the product fitment
• Familiarity with MDM Data Model, Web Portal and Consumer Application.
• Experience of leading development team, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.
• Should be able to lead solution design, build, test and deployment of AMI solutions
• Should be able to identify, define and lead development of RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
• Should be able to do the demos during the functional workshops.
• Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end-to-end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
• Should be able to manage Operational requirement like Billing, Remote Connection/Disconnection.
• The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to lead the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the project
• Ability to work in multi-vendor environment.
• Capability to understand the customer requirement and delivery through partners.
• Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability.
• Strong soft skills required.
• Ready to travel to client locations as needed
