Role:

Bid Manager in the business area of DC Build (IT / Non IT) and Managed IT Services with end-to-end responsibilities from pre-RFP stage till award of contract.  Responsibilities include front ending as single point responsibility while drawing support and buy-in from all Internal and External Stake Holders for selection and prioritisation, sourcing, market /competitor’s data analysis, bidding strategy (JV/MOU), documentation, Contractual and Commercial due diligence, Pricing & Financial analysis, risk profiling & mitigation, and management approval while adhering to statutory compliances (legal/ Taxes/IR/ISO); engagement with customer/consultant for clarification, negotiation, concluding the Contract and handholding support for delivery and operation.

Profile:

Should be BE/BTECH ( EL/TCE/COP. SCIENCE/IT) with 10+ years of similar experience in bidding large contracts (each opportunities of more than 100 Crores with cumulative value of at least 1000 Crores) in the domain of Data Center build (Hybrid & Cloud) and managed Services etc. for Govt/PSU/Enterprises, out of which at least last 3 years must be as a lead role in securing multiple Data Center Projects. Additional qualification viz, MBA/PMP/PRINCE / ITIL/CDCP/CDCA etc. certification is preferred.

Candidate should be highly passionate, willing to move and relocate anywhere within India, extrovert with excellent communication, leadership, analytical, interpersonal skills, team spirit and proficiency in MS office tools.  Should have excellent industry connect with up to date knowledge on the latest trend/products/OEM/Technology Partners relevant to the domain, more specifically across Enterprise IT with broad knowledge of transformation, consolidation, migration and optimization of Data Center Facilities, Compute Infrastructure, IT Services Strategy, Design, Transition and Operation, Cloud Services in Private, Hosted Private and Public Cloud Delivery Models and inclusive of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, IT Service Management/ITIL v2/v3, High Availability and Disaster Recovery planning, Feasibility Analysis and Business Case Development, IT Strategy Development and IT Governance etc
