  • Application Awareness: Salesforce (Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics and IOT), Vlocity Order management
  • Design & Implementation: Sales and Service cloud, Vlocity
  • Integration: MuleSoft or any integration solution
  • Configuration Template; REST, XML, Webservices
  • Experience in design, developing in Apex, visual force, lighting and expertise in design tools like UML, BPMN, SOA, Microservices
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Telecom process and technical knowledge of customer experience and order management process
  • Experience on E2E delivery of BSS application/tools.
  • Expertise in environment setup, configuration, management and deployment.

Competency in HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services,
