  • Application Awareness: Pega (Decision Hub, NBA/NBO, Sales Automation, Case Management, BPM, CRM, Order Management and Product catalog)
  • Design & Implementation: Decision Hub, CRM, order Management, BPMN
  • Integration: TIBCO, MuleSoft, Rest based service
  • Experience in design, developing in solution in Components, in design tools like UML, BPMN, SOA, Microservices
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Telecom process and technical knowledge of customer experience and order management process
  • Experience on E2E delivery of BSS application/tools.
  • Expertise in environment setup, configuration, management and deployment.
