Job Description:

• Application Awareness: ServiceNow (Discovery, Automation, Performance, Fault, Ticketing, Business Process, Predictive intelligence, Orchestration, CMDB)
• Design & Implementation: Configuration Management, Discovery and Business Process)
• Integration: OSS with Network elements, BSS systems, Analytics platform.
• Configuration Template, customization and service integration
• Experience in standard design tools/patterns UML, BPMN, SOA, Microservices
• Have in-depth knowledge of services modeling & Automation, and good technical knowledge of specified OSS functionality
• Experience on development of OSS application/tools.

Should understand concept of On-premises & Cloud based network & solution design.

Responsibility

• Responsible for design and development of OSS component solution
• Understand the project scope requirements and undertake a detailed requirement gathering with the customer.
• Carry out detailed design which includes HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design), Service Solution Document, Configuration Template & OEM Validation, Service Activation& Provisioning and Monitoring
• Optimization of design & BOQ - responsible for OEM product analysis and keeping a track of new technologies, being adapted across global market.
• Responsible for end-to-end OSSapplication installation and configuration
• Co-ordinate with the project team, field team for deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, and resolve technical issues in co-ordination with execution vendors.
• Responsible for release of FRS, SRS, and ICD-Interface documents.
• Defining acceptance test criteria for unit and integration tests.

Interface with the stakeholders for gathering inputs, resolving conflicts, compatibility, escalations, etc. for timely completion of the project
