• Compliance to Company Inspection & Corrosion control manual and all HSE and other company policies in line of work.
• Carry out assigned Inspection activities pertaining to static equipment in Process unit or offsite facility as per Company Inspection plan and report to Inspection team leader. Execute Inspection tasks as directed Inspection team leader.
• Exhibit proficiency in accurate application of equipment and piping inspection codes, standards and procedures in monitoring activities. Prepare Inspection scope, plan and execute routine and turnaround Inspection activities in line with ADNOC and Industry codes, standards and guidelines. Certification in one or more of API 510, 570 and 653 is mandatory. API and NACE certification relevant to Integrity assurance of static equipment is preferred.
• Ensure Inspection plan compliance through co-ordination with stakeholders in operation and
• maintenance.
• Support Risk Based Inspection development activities in co-ordination with RBI team pertaining to Inspection data and Inspection planning. Participate in RBI workshops and provide feedback as required.
• Implement and monitor Inspection IOWs.
• Liase with other functions like Corrosion, process, NDT, QA QC, Operations and Maintenance
• for implementation of Inspection recommendations and for activities pertaining to process unit degradation troubleshooting, IOW implementation etc.
• Highlight material degradation related and static equipment integrity issues as per authorized channels within company technical authority system and Operational support team meetings as directed by Inspection Team leader.
• Ensure compliance to HSECES requirements like schedule compliance, performance standards verification and documentation.
• Ensure Inspection history is maintained and available. Thorough knowledge and experience is working with Inspection management system on behalf of Client is mandatory. 
• Ensure routing of inspection records for review of appropriate technical authority levels defined in company Inspection management system and ensure completion of review process.
• Maintain Plant and equipment 'overdue for inspection' schedules and takes appropriate control action.  Inform Team Leader Inspection and Manager Corrosion & Inspection on a regular basis on the status of such schedules for further discussion and to take up with maintenance Operations
• Safeguard own Health and Safety, as well as that of the fellow employees, by paying attention to safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with applicable HSE requirements.
• Take action to INTERVENE and STOP any un-safe activity or non-compliance with HSE

requirements, if witnessed, and report the incident – regardless of your position or that of the transgressor

• The Inspection Engineer shall have minimum 7 years experience working as a client Inspection Engineer or on behalf of client directly for Operating process unit for Refinery/Petrochemical plant. Good understanding of Inspection practices, Process and Corrosion mechanism is mandatory. Graduation in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent is mandatory. Good working knowledge on CMMS and IMS systems are mandatory. The Inspection support engineer activity involves physical site activity to inspect and certify equipment and piping condition.

• Support and train UAE national engineers in key concepts of Inspection and work process.
