1) Min 1 – 2 years of calling experience in a customer centric role in a U.S based process. 2) Excellent phone personality and have prior training on telephone etiquette. 3) Be able to speak and document in grammatically correct English 4) Has experience worked with multiple business software during/before/after every call 5) Willing to work night shifts and weekends and extend work hours when deadlines need to be met 6) Has completed a degree from a recognised university 7) Be able to join within 15 to 30 days from being offered (this is negotiable based on the candidate). 8) Has the necessary hardware (laptop or a desktop) to work effectively from home when required. 9) Can travel to work (by own transport) if required
