Job Description :

• Conduct classroom observations and field visits across India.
• Analyse learning data and student outcomes.
• Draft reports, case studies, and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with field and marketing teams to visualise and showcase student outcomes and impact stories.
• Contribute to innovation and research around Best Learning Spaces (BLS).
• Work alongside varied departments within the firm and external partners.

Requirements

• Strong observation, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically in dynamic field conditions.
• Research mindset and passion for educational impact.
• Willingness to travel extensively for school visits.
• Collaboration skills to work across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages preferred.
