Job Description :
Sales Operations & Execution:
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to execute strategic sales and brand-based initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Create a structured monthly sales and operations plan, defining key deliverables and tracking progress.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews to assess results and refine sales strategies.
Omnichannel Retail & Customer Experience:
• Ensure seamless customer experience across all retail channels by aligning in-store sales initiatives.
• Work closely with store managers to ensure that physical locations complement brand directives, aesthetic and service quality.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization:
• Streamline and enhance sales and sale operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry and actionable insights.
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide data-driven strategies to enhance sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate in managing sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies, sales guidelines, and contract terms.
Product Training & Development:
• Develop and implement a structured product training program for the sales team.
• Ensure all team members have deep product knowledge and are equipped to educate customers.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine training materials and strategies.
• Stay updated on product developments to enhance training effectiveness.
Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising:
• Ensure store layouts and product displays align with brand standards and omnichannel retail strategies.
• Work with store managers to maintain high visual merchandising standards that enhance customer experience.
• Monitor store presentation and recommend improvements to drive foot traffic and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute cohesive promotional campaigns across offline retail.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency across all store locations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with finance, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the sales cycle.
• Support sales training programs to improve team skills and performance.
• Assist in budgeting, sales forecasting, and resource planning.
• Partner with the CEO to drive sales transformation and brand-led sales strategies.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (8+ years) in sales operations, and luxury or premium product sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and the ability to create seamless shopping experiences.
• Experience in product training and team development.
• Ability to analyse sales data and drive data-driven decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury markets, premium pricing strategies, and the history of handcrafted products.
• Strong understanding of high-end consumer behaviour and expectations.
• Ability to collaborate at an executive level and execute CEO-driven strategic initiatives.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to create structured plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
