Job Description :  

  • Interacting with the end users and obtaining inputs for new requirements in the SAP SD module.
  • Responding to customer complaint tickets (high, medium and low priority) in a timely manner.
  • Identifying integration issues and developing appropriate solutions.
  • Testing and assisting in the development of test scripts.
  • Communicating SAP capabilities/possibilities within SD module
  • Installation of Adobe and providing Training to New CFA’s and sensitizing the SAP program for order booking.
  • Assisting in the development of business process descriptions.
  • Daily releasing of product rates based on conformation from the delivery care team.
  • Monitoring price changes and implementing as and when required.
  • Daily closing of expired pending orders running in background.
  • Creation of Stock transfer order based on information from Logistics team.
  • Accounting of Return sales and DLES order based on information from Finance team.
  • Running the Sales order release program in background for the following day on a daily basis.
  • Creation of Schemes for CFA’s, Rate correction for MTF and updation of Commission and freight for new products based on information from Sales team.
  • Monthly verification of VFX3 for pending billing document.
  • Rectification of Invoices not downloaded to Botree due to price variation or batch splits.
  • Updation of Margin value of all materials.
  • Maintaining info record for STO process.
  • Releasing New products for CFA’s based on approval from logistics team.
  • Maintaining Pricing condition record - CGST, SGST, IGST for new products.
  • Supporting the GST implementation in SAP SD module. GST related SAP report development and deployment.
  • Developments on various SMS-based and E-Mail based auto generated reports.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager or management.
