• The Opportunity: 
• ECI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Software Engineer – SharePoint, To be successful as a SharePoint Lead, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in SharePoint technologies. 
• A SharePoint Lead will design and recommend technical solutions for IT-related issues. The responsibilities of SharePoint Lead include working with developers to ensure quality network frameworks, mentoring junior level staff, and identifying issues that affect product delivery.
•  This is Onsite position for candidates based in the Indore or Bangalore locations.

What you will do:

• Create web-oriented applications, develop coding constructs, frameworks, components, and interfaces supported by the SharePoint environment.
• SharePoint solution development, and implementation efforts, providing technical design, system and architectural prototyping, and component development.
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution considering requirements, available SharePoint technology, governance, and best practice guidelines.
• Global implementation, availability, stability, security, performance, capacity, functionality and vitality of Office 365 and Azure platforms with emphasis on SharePoint Online and its Azure connected applications.
• Participate in hands-on application solutions architecture, design, development, testing and deployment activities.
• Work with the team and designated divisional champions to provide SharePoint End User support, training, guidance, and direction. Shape the strategy, architecture, methodology and standards for delivering SharePoint solutions.
• Experience with Web/Portal structure and design, development, content management, usability, user experience interface design and navigation.
• Ability to mentor and groom a set of SharePoint developers. 

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint solutions and migration with skills SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019 SharePoint Online O365.
• Experienced in building SharePoint online classic and modern sites with OOTB and custom WebParts.
• Experienced in site, data & content migration using migration tools like ShareGate, SPMT or through scripts.
• Experienced in SharePoint OnPrem and Online Sites Creation, Data Migration, Architecture Creation, System/Flow Diagrams preparation etc.
• Knowledge of SharePoint branding and SharePoint custom development.
• Hands on experience on PowerApps, MS Flow, Power BI, Azure, Power Automate, Custom Connectors Development, Logic Apps, SPFx etc.
• Hands on Microsoft Office 365 admin activities.
• Well versed with presales, RFPs, estimation collection, POCs, reviews, demo and walkthroughs, client presentations etc.
• Experience in SharePoint server object model.
• Experience in client side object model - Rest API, JSOM, CSOM (managed code) , Web services.
• Experience with web development technologies HTML, XHTML, XML, XSLT, Flash, CSS, Ajax, JQuery, JavaScript, and Silverlight.
• Experience with the Microsoft technology stack including .Net Framework, C#, VB.Net, ADO.Net, ASP.Net.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
