Technical Skills:
• Workday Payroll Certification (Additional advantage)
• 3+ years’ Workday Canada payroll configuration experience.
Job Functions:
• 3 years of relevant work experience in Workday Canada Payroll.
• Having end to end workday implementation experience
• Collaborate with cross functional team to resolve data related issues and ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience in third party payroll Integrations would be an added advantage.
• Experience in Workday Absence / Time Tracking module is added advantage, who will be able to Take accountability for Workday Time Tracking deliverables by leading client engagements and teams to successful outcomes with a focus on supporting your team, client needs and generating value
• Experience in Workday Canada Payroll processes and related HCM core areas, ability to run Workday Payroll is a must
• Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations.
• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision
• Analyses large HR data loads to ensure accurate data transfer
• Provides training and assistance utilizing Workday Community and other supported applications as well as guidance on Workday process best practices to the HR Service Operations team
• Collaborates with Information Systems partners to implement business process upgrades and system enhancements, leads testing and data validations, maintains data integrity, and ensures that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives
• Plans and develops use-case test plans for payroll, benefits, and employee life cycle system changes
• Prepares and edits reports and user-friendly dashboards
• Resolves customer inquiries in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators, while also providing exceptional customer service
• Understanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields as well as a being proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Team player and passion for working with people and systems, and a strong interest in helping customers succeed

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar technical field of study, or related practical experience. Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
